【VVT-i プーリー・13050-46010】ですが。。。
Ｏリングがダメになりオイル漏れが良く起きるのに、単品でOリング部品が出てこなく不満ではありませんか？？
古くなり長距離を走るとVVT-iプーリーギアから高確率でオイルが漏れるようになります。【ＶＶＴ－ｉプーリー部分のタイミングベルトカバー内外にオイルが滲むようになります。】
【オイル漏れの原因ですが。。。プーリ内部のたった一つの部品ゴムパッキンから漏れてきます。劣化するとゴムが固くなり弾力性が失われオイルが漏れて来るのが原因です】
当方整備工場ではついにＶＶＴ－ｉプーリーの専用Oリングを開発いたしました。使用耐熱温度ですが【250度】以上ですのでご安心下さいませ。
VVT-iプーリーですがトヨタ様からは基本は非分解になっておりましてそのために供給がありません。
交換自体は非常に簡単です。（分解して内部のＯリングを交換し元の位置に正確に組み直すだけです。)
新品でVVT-i プーリーですが。。。31000円もいたします。
適合車両
JZX100 ・JZX110 ・JZX90・ JZX81・JZZ30・JZS171・チェイサー・マークⅡ・クレスタなどに適合いたします。
★1j 2j のVVT-i付きでしたら、NA＆ターボ、両方とも使用可能です。
交換するとなるとＡＳＳＹ交換になり非常に高額です。
